Family law paralegals - What are billables that we should be capturing that are ones easily missed? How do you include them in your billing (i.e. What does the client see on their bill)?

Hi all, need some perspective. When did you know it was time to quit your job, especially if you were dealing with burnout, being overworked (like being the only support staff), and high anxiety, even if the pay was good? I'm hitting that wall hard and seriously considering leaving without a job lined up, which is a scary thought. Any shared experiences or advice on how you made that decision?

Feeling completely stuck in entry-level roles with no chance for growth, even though I have 2 years of experience and 4 years total in a legal setting. My first firm made it clear paralegals were just for admin tasks. My second promised opportunities that never materialized. Now, after six months at this new place, I've taken on extra responsibilities, but there's no talk of promotion or even a raise. I love the legal field, but I can't seem to advance my career. Is it just me?
