It’s not just you. I think a lot of firms are still in budget-freeze mode or are being extra cautious with hiring. Meanwhile, we’re just stuck waiting.
Actually, no I am not seeing this. I seem to get many hits on my resume and actually just accepted a new position. Just keep at it and something will come your way.
I say LinkedIn all the way!! Post your resume there and say you are interested in new opportunities. You’ll be surprised will be amazed how many recruiters and headhunters will reach out to you!!

It's not just the legal profession. There are a lot of factors to consider. Your area (geographical or law) may be oversaturated while others may be lacking. Remote positions are getting harder to find as the climate has shifted to hybrid or full return to office. You may have to expand the scope of your search. Try not to get discouraged -- the right opportunity for you is out there and it will find you.
Ive heard the market sucks rn… but… it may also be industry related. I mean there is a high demand for immigration paralegals in my area.

Yes. I think the more experience require more money. The less experience don't (until they learn better) and they say (and I find it true sometimes) the younger are faster. Doesn't mean better though. Hang in there someone soon will definitely want you.
