My lawyer said they filed my PWD in October and they conducted recruiting in December-January.. They mentioned they hope to prepare my PERM filing and send to me for review in March/April. Has anyone filed PWD in October? And does this timeline sounds about right ?

Currently at Meta (working as a Program Manager) and considering accepting a role with Disney Streaming to support the scaling of Disney+. My dream however is to eventually work at Google. I got a promotion a year and 3 months ago, and got a pay raise 5 months ago. Could I still ask for a promotion to SAE if I have been supporting a team more as one? Promotions are hard to stab with.

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

I am a european law student and I will try to get to do a J.D. in the US (i want to move there) and I wanted to know if it‘s possible to work next to your law studies in the US. I have been working between 20 and 50 hours while studying (it‘s exhausting af but i need the money lol) and I wondered how the situation is in the USA.

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

I'm at a target uni for Big 4 accounting. I applied for and received an offer for Summer 2023 Risk&FinancialAdvisory - Technology internship w Deloitte. I'd like to get into Big 4 consulting ideally when full-time. I'm an engineering student - I'm not going to be interested in IT audit. Summer 2023 will be the summer after sophomore year, so I'll be declining the full-time return offer and I'll be looking for a different internship after junior year.

I have some options regarding the possible LL. M. One of them is little less prestigeous that would allow me to stay working at law firm as I am studying.
