Need advice: how should I dress for an informal interview with the partner of the group I want to transfer into? It's going to be in the EY office

EY recruiters are unbelievably incompetent. They missed multiple calls scheduled, sent me interview schedule the night before, one of the interviewers didn’t even know he was scheduled to call!

What is the EY interview process like? Interviewed with a recruiter for a sr. associate position but then got word from the manager that they wanted to hold until there is a need for seniors. Normal?
