Square Veeva @teletracking
Trying to decide between 3 offers remote/Columbus
Square is 84k salary 5k bonus and 80k stocks vesting over 4 years
Veeva is 100k salary 20k bonus and 25k Stocks each year forever
Teletracking is 125k cash 5k bonus
I know about Square the most and if they paid closer to Veeva and Teletracking I’d probably go there but it seems like they underpay.
The Veeva culture seems really good but it’s a sustaining engineer position for year 1 so debugging

Yea. Sounds like things wont work out, then. Also, why would you switch for $8k. Seems like a bad move to leave a place where you're obviously valued and have a network.... especially for $8k.
Don't do it. Trust me.
Looking to leave because of the regional model. I hate the fact that I won't be considered for certain roles because I live in the west and they'll find someone who has less experience but since they live closer to that client region, they get the role. I've been passed up for some amazing roles in which the SM have said I'd be perfect for, but couldn't offer it to me because they would get in trouble if they took someone out of region. Yeah 8K isn't much, but I think I'd rather grow my specialty elsewhere if I have to be pigeon hole by my region.
Ask for 120. Thank me later
How many years of experience and what level?
3 years of experience, interviewing for the Organizational Change Management field as a Human Capital Consultant.
I would expect about 10k less incl. sign-on bonus but you should ask for 110k.
Well I'm at 102 so I guess that would be a deal breaker D1
MBA or nah?
^agree with bcg, OP you don't have much to lose.
For SC level? Def 110k if not more. Apparently someone in NY is making 225k base as a manager for EY haha
No not senior, just a regular consultant
Ah might be a bit high but still try for 110. One guy was a senior and only got 100 in NY...so good luck!
That's low. Ask for more
