Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

You should follow up, via email, relatively low key.
It takes that long. My offer took a whole month.
Pipeline boss...pipeline matters
Keep looking...they may be back in 2 days..week
Month...2 months..never. u cannot tell
No our recruiting team is a joke, the partner is probably dragging ass but it's their job to get that partner on target
I was in the same spot. Very positive feedback throughout. They came back 2 months later with "unfortunately...". Most unprofessional recruiting experience I've had.
Sounds like ACN
Don't worry it will eventually come. After my interview I received a positive feedback from the HR in about 45 minutes.. but offer letter took almost 4-6 weeks, I assumed they had decided to move on without me! But finally received the offer and was non-negotiable. Be prepared to negotiate when it eventually comes!
My offer came pretty quick. I was at Pdubs at the time and told EY they needed to be quick b/c I had another offer.
That matters..a competing offer
Same for me. I was referred and the whole process took months with long silences. I had assumed several times they weren’t interested, but finally got an offer. Assume nothing.
Just ask them
Going through something similar with another firm. Process has been a loooong process but it's all about pipeline and what is there for you to support. If they said they will proceed with an offer they most likely will, they have no need to lie when they can just say no thank you. Follow up but be patient. It will come.
