Interviewed with EY more than a month ago. Was told they want to proceed with an offer and asked to share comp details. Dead silence for 3 weeks since. Does it take this long or should I just move on?

What is the protocol with talking with recruiters? I'm not pre se looking to move right now but if something with more money and flexibility regarding location opens up then I'm not opposed.

Is it wrong to talk to them about possible opportunities?

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

Manager at Cap Invent (Consulting). Deloitte Consulting offering same grade with 13% increase in base salary with TC (bonus incl.) getting to around 95k.

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? Specially that he considers the potential layoff is purely based on the current situation (chargeability was low) and not on his performance (they said that his contribution to BD during his bench time was low)?

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."

I put in my two weeks this past Friday, was told by project leadership to not let client counterparts know until I get the green light so that they can have a plan of action prior to letting them all know.
