1. What is the designation I should negotiate for in PwC considering 11 YoE in SAP.

2. My current CTC is 23 LPA. How much hike should I ask for?

Why in EY GDS orientation, they are calling Gurgaon people to office on the second day?

Can I join the EY GDS session virtually on the second day also as currently I am not in the base location?

For laptop also I've opted to be couriered.

Will there any issue if I join virtually on the second day for Gurgaon location?

Senior associate with 3 YOE at 130k TC (115 base). Final interview for a PM role at a small company coming up, is 140k base too much to ask for? The opportunity cost of leaving my connections, fast progression, brand recognition, etc makes it hard to justify leaving for less.

We had evaluations and normally we have annual raises. I think my salary is under market value at $68k (plus OT) in Los Angeles (5 years of experience). I was told I am one of the top employees in the firm. When I asked about a raise, I was told “when you think about it at your level 5k to 10k doesn’t really matter it’s the long term goal that matters”.
