For TN folks: How do I initiate the conversation to switch to H1B? EY only sponsors GC after 1 year tenure, but that would be August 2020 for me which is past the application date for 2020..

If you are an immigrant and have visa dependencies, please re think before joining EY. There is something about the firm’s reputation/inefficiency of the law firm that will screw your life and career.

Transferred from service line A to Service line B... Now EY Law files H1b amendment for the transfer and advices not to premium process. Anyone done that and can share experience?
