I am required to travel to Canada anyway for my PR stamping and I am trying to figure out if I can get my H1B stamped around the same time while I am in Canada for my PR, since it is extremely difficult to get appointments in India these days? I have credit card with last billed amount of 1,25,000. But i just received my refund of 50,000 which will be adjusted in the next cycle.

But for this cycle, should i pay the entire 1,25,000 and let my CC go into -50,000 balance or i can pay the lower outstanding amount (75,000) only?

My priority date is Dec 2012 in EB2. Is it worth waiting for US GC or apply and get Canadian PR in the next 6-12 months? Serious answers please.
