I have received an offer to work with another big 4 in London as manager with their consulting team starting June. The role is definitely a step up in terms of responsibilities from my current role as a senior consultant. Anyone else feel discourage ? I thought my interview went amazing and today I received the standard email rejection. I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts/advice on the following - if a motion to vacate final default judgment based upon improper service is denied, can a subsequent motion to vacate based upon excusable neglect then be filed? Or at that point just pay the judgment?

What are your thoughts on invoking the rule of sequestration at a deposition in a case in state court? I have heard some attorneys argue that it is inapplicable, while others have argued that it does apply.

And does your answer change if the "extra" person is adverse to the deponent? For instance, a corporate plaintiff having two reps at the defendant's deposition.
