Hi Fishes,

I am been offered below split up in Wipro with CTC of 22 L+ deferred bonus of 3 L. Total -25 L

When I checked on 'deferred bonus', HR explained bonus will be split into 12 months so given along with monthly salary and end of the first-year completion it will be added to CTC. Details will be in the offer letter, HR told.

YOE - 11. Tech Stack - AWS, Microservices, JAVA.

2 Questions,

'Deferred Bonus' part can anyone confirm? As it's new to me.

'VP' given each quarter 100%?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
