ZS Associates Hi fishes, I am mainframe developer having 7 yr of experience . current CTC 6.5LPA. Offer in hand 17LPA WITH 12%variable(wipro). On the offer letter they mentioned that RSU award will vest over a four-year period based on the anniversary of the grant date in 25% installments.

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
