I have selected my doj as on 30th January 2023, but now my company is ready to release me early and hence I want to join TCS before December 15 this year. Please suggest me how can I approach HR for this.

how many days does it generally takes for a company to come back with a revised offer ? I had an offer letter received on thursday 21st and i asked for a 10% increase which the Hr agreed and said will be giving the updated letter in a week.
