1/2 I had heard Cognizant had a bad name in Indian IT Industry. Today I observed it too. I went to the walk-in-drive of CTS for Data Factory, Synapse and SQL tech stack. To my surprise there was no panelist with ADF experience. The panelist who took my interview asked the following questions:
1. Brief intro
2. My role in current project
3. Architecture of my current project
4. Flow of a Synapse pipeline in current project
5. Process improvements done in past

I answered everything.

I worked in the same org for 5.5years and switched in march 2022. I was not allocated a project for 3 months hence changed the org and joined new in July 2022.
