but i want to work in Java development and I have learned spring mvc, spring boot and I have good knowledge on core java, collections

Will be it be good decision to directly get a job as a experienced candidate by telling I have experience on Java(2years)
or
I shouldn't lie about my prior experience on oracle .

Everyone on my team is beyond exhausted on a high burn project. Generally all good people but we have ridiculous turnaround time expectations and long hours. What to do?

I left my last job because I didn't appreciate the culture (B4). However, it was probably because I was a terrible employee. However, I do find that my clients love me 10x more than my consulting colleagues. I joined a smaller firm to cover up the problem.

I drink during the day. I know it's the main reason for my ability to be a productive employee. Anyone else deal with this? I'm trying to control it through moderation management, Dharma meetings, therapy, and white knuckling.

Jan 2022- 80k base salary

My ECD keeps changing our work before it goes to client and it's cost us making good work. Our books are suffering because he can't get his hands off the tools. Our books are only full of spec now.

Okay so for the longest time I thought that everyone thinks like me. (Bad mistake, I know). But a few posts on here have really made me think. So I’d love to know what everyone thinks.

As a Creative, do you prefer voice or video for initial project discussions with vendors? How do you feel about follow-up video conferences to go through vendor treatments?

I am beyond stuck in my first 1.5 years of my career.

I was over promised opportunities at my first gig and then Covid hit. Leading me to have no portfolio worthy pieces from this 💩 agency with nothing great in sight. (place hasn’t won a pitch in my entire time here + lost clients)
