3.8 YOE | Got an offer, but terrified of the "Beach" culture, client interviews & stability

Hey everyone, got a TW Bangalore offer but also a remote product offer paying slightly less. I'm worried about the bench/layoffs Can anyone share how the work culture, career growth, and overall stability are right now? Specifically, how stressful are the bench periods, and do you have to clear tough client interviews to get project allocation? Is TW worth the relocation and staffing stress?

I am an experienced CNA/MA (17yrs) trying to break into ER tech role. Previous company wouldn’t pay for phlebotomy class, and when I took a position with a company that would train me, there was so much drama and b.s.
I was out of there so fast because of the toxic environment. Should I just forget it and do my best to finish my RN?

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. Also there is no pairing in my project. Any suggestions on what should be done would be welcome.

Location constraint:

I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
