I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Honest opinion: Financially company is not doing great. It went public, back to private, then taken over by Apex partners newly formed company. The future is unclear but but but still a decent org and far better than any service org.
Workwise it is good but not what it used to be. Still good clients but tighter budgets.
Hikewise don't expect great and come. It used to be a 30% promotion hike and 10% increment company but sadly last few years have not been great.
For a QA role this company is good and you will always get projects. But again....if you have any other offer which is better, take it.
If you want to join, have in mind about decent work, good learning and with no great height expectations.
Initially if pay is good join, you have the perks of free food, snacks etc
