3 weeks ago i have joined another company but i still have HSBC offer in hand with joining in next week.

If i abscond that company and join HSBC now , will there be any issue ? Please guide.

Deloitte USI
Pros: Good work culture, Varied Type of Projects, Exposure to US markets
Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:
Pros: India Market, Strong Clients in India (both corporates and start-ups), Front End
Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

EY-P is offering same fixed salary :(
