I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. I’ve been project manager, data engineer, developer, modeler, analysts, principle DB developer, etc. Most of my w2 work has been from offers of 1099 clients so I am usually asked to define my own title. Should I break up with my girlfriend? We have been dating for close to 2 years and there are some things that have irked me (her lack of care around finances, talks about her exes, super insecure about her looks (complained to me when she was drunk last Friday how no guys bought her drinks, I wasn’t there), has a terrible relationship with her mom and dad and gets upset when I go out for the weekend to hangout with my mom (father died horribly last year and she has been alone). Need advice. Very Shy guy and girl, met a while back for a side hustle both like each other a LOT, relationship has progressed in other areas but not in the physical realm, primarily because neither officially asked the other out.
