Me! Had issues with it twice (after each baby). Became more myself after the first baby was 2 y.o. My second one is not 2 yet, and I still have pretty bad days.
What also helped to manage the symptoms, less coffee, more water. More sleep. Supplements for focus. Allowing myself to slow down. As in, in a meeting, I'd often go, "let's take a step back, let's recap, etc."
English is also my 3rd language but even in my native language I've had challenges. Feels horrible, but give yourself some grace. It's not forever.

Yes, very normal, and I am in the thick of this at 5 months pp with my second. I seem to recall it getting better around 1 year pp with my first.
Absolutely - I felt like a zombie for about 18 months after having my daughter. I did eventually feel like myself again, but the brain fog was real!
