I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.

Does anyone know how litigation finance works on the plaintiff side? If someone wanted to bring a lawsuit against their former employer would a general contingency arrangement with a plaintiff’s firm make sense? Or would one need to find funding and then contact a plaintiff’s firm to actually handle the case? I’m a transactional lawyer, so this is out of my wheelhouse.

It’s been an interesting 24 hours. So, you know I got out of the VIX Puts at 26 with a small loss. I bought a few DIA July 15 calls at the low at a 309 strike .13 so I did better than I would. Trading the technicals now with DIA and C Puts.

Weekend thought as many of us watch our portfolios bleed away value as the market hit all time highs: stick with it. This is a very difficult time in the market so try to figure out what’s not working and fix it. Stick with your process while trying to improve it. That should you you in the best place to manage risk now and be positioned to capture new opportunities in the coming weeks and months. Discipline, execution, and patience are key sources of alpha. Been selling covered calls or puts on F. Seems almost too easy. What can go wrong, outside of it actually hitting ITM?

Noob question but say I buy a stock in 2018. In 2020 I add to my position. Within a year of adding to that position I sell some off the top. Will I be hit with capital gains tax for selling within a year? Or is it first in first out kindove deal?
