I'm in Silicon Valley, and been in the industry for about 15 years now. Fell into the corporate in-house role and been in those ever since. I primarily do marketing/brand design. I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!

I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason.
