A global non-profit I work with insists on treating international contractors like employees across the board offering benefits (PTO), managing them as employees and they want to provide add an health benefit stipend for those contractors. We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid."
