I feel like the world is in chaos, but my job is just acting like everything is normal and fine. Which I guess I appreciate the normalcy of that, but it's a very overwhelming time in my personal life.

Burnt out but employed, which in 2026 I guess counts as a win. The work is manageable. The pay is meh. But with the job market being what it is, finding something better feels like mission impossible, so I'm just planning on staying put.

I’m actively trying to be pushed out and stomped out like a little wild fire by my manager all of a sudden… every day is hectic and I never know what I’ll be walking into or out with. Grey rocked, gaslit and treated and talked to like I’m suddenly an idiot while I watch her parade around parroting all the intelligent things thoughts and opinions I’ve shared as if they were her very own…

Just flowing with everything...trying to handle top leadership change, toxic new leader who does not like HR, or rather only likes HR when it's convenient for them. Very difficult environment to be in.

Got selected in 1st technical round from Accenture. Hr called for package discussion and finalized the pay. Have uploaded all the documents and eaf got completed. Now again today got call from some person for telephonic technical round. I had completed that waiting for results. What does this really mean? Am I got selected or should wait for second technical round result. Will they release offer or not. Accenture

Hi Fishes,

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Yet again no luck whatsoever, just finding jobs as budtenders or running a dispensary. Does anyone know where I can find research-based cannabis jobs? I have a degree in horticulture with lab experience.
