A mid-level complained to the partner that they weren’t having interesting work handed to them (as opposed to volunteering for that work) and the partner reassigned the work I was doing for the partner to the associate and assigned me their admin work. I am on one other matter with this partner and I really want to get off that matter too knowing they won’t prioritize my development. Is this petty?
