I am looking to change jobs in a month’s time. Priority date in Jan 2016- EB2.

What are the potential risks I need to keep in mind for this change. (Mostly switch to another B4).

Currently, I have a "sales drought." It's been 2 months that I have not achieved anything and everyone tells me it's normal, but I feel it will be forever. Since I started, I have done very well, but now I do not know what is happening- nothing works as before.

Okay so! I’m a guy and I have curly hair - I interchange between two products or sometimes I do a combo of them. However sometimes my hair dries so nice and my curls look hydrated and shiny and then other times it dries and it looks like legit moss, does anyone know why that is? How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
