I am looking to change jobs in a month’s time. Priority date in Jan 2016- EB2.

What are the potential risks I need to keep in mind for this change. (Mostly switch to another B4).

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Do people know if the big 4 are all wfh and onboarding that way as well? Or have they started setting return to office dates?

Anyone know much about Simon-Kucher? I have an offer for SC there for $125k base with all-in TC for the year expected $165-175k. Currently a CO with 3-4 YOE, and considering making the move. I think CO at my firm is the equivalent to SC at B4

Making about $103k base now, so not sure if I should hold out for better

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers.
