A recruiting firm posted a video on LinkedIn where they asked their employees "what year were you born". If someone was born in 1999 or earlier, they had superimposed their head onto someone in a historical setting (i.e.: the Revolutionary War, Noah's Ark, the Ice Age, etc). Since ageism is a real problem, how fair could they be in trying to place an applicant who is 26 or older? If it's a joke, it's in poor taste.
