Accenture hiring is a mess. Gave my 2nd round interview on 20 Dec for Custom Software Engineer, went well, and then got a generic mail saying “we’re no longer hiring.” No explanation, no response from rect.helpdesk@accenture.com. Earlier, my final round was scheduled and some HR withdrew my candidature from the backend. Total waste of time. Zero accountability. Embarrassing process. Candidates deserve transparency, respect, and basic professionalism, not random cancellations and careless handling after multiple interviews

Btw how was technical interview? Did they dig deep with coding problems or only conceptual questions?
Even I’m facing similar situation they leave you hanging. No update. Luckily I have this helpdesk somehow gives you update of current status that’s it they can push or help you in any way.
I got an update from Helpdesk your are selected and after that I received an email no longer and your profile on hold and opportunity will let you know 😅
What did they ask in final interview?
I dont know why but they are cancelling my final round again and again.

I have attended my skill round on 16dec. Later on 19dec got call for final round with manager. It was also more of technical than managerial which was happened on 23 dec. After that i waited for some days and dropped mail to help desk. Then i got mail that your skill set matched with another requisition please wait for further communication. Yesterday i got mail for other role to select interview slots. Upon calling to scheduler he said i need to select slot for the interview. I asked whether it's tech round or managerial or whole process starts from scratch. He didn't know about that..he said i am just interview scheduler. Hr can confirm on this. So again i guess they are taking interview for new role from scratch. No call from hr yet. No update form candidate query. Not sure where i stand.. accenture is mess for their recruitment process. I am not gonna give interview further in Accenture. It's total waste of time guys
