I completed a 64 mins interview, and the status changed to “Interviews Completed.” I also received a gap-check call from onboarding and a WhatsApp message saying I’m being considered and would receive a Workday email for document upload—but I haven’t received it yet.
Soon after, the original job opening became inactive, and a new application with the same JD was auto-created in my profile with “Application Received” status, even though I didn’t apply.
Any comments?

First in-person retreat in a while coming up and first for me at this particular firm. Several people have mentioned that much of the bonding etc happens while drinking. What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.
