Accepted a new job and resigned from the organization I helped build from scratch. While the salary is better, I feel like I’m losing a part of my identity by leaving behind the legal field and causes I deeply care about. It’s hard to let go of something that defined me for years. Has anyone else experienced this? Did shifting fields after a decade feel worth it in the end? What helped you adjust and find meaning in the new role?

I'm interviewing for a Business Operations Specialist and when looking at salary ranges they are all over the place. Add in the changes a few months back and I now have NO idea where I should fall.
