All the best for the interview. Have you checked Glassdoor?

It truly depends on your seniority and the position description. Like the other person said, checking indeed for a similar one is the best way to know.

Hi, does anyone have any ideas regarding dietitan salary in Arizona (Phoenix area). I asked for several openings there, and found out several of those full time RD positions pay by salary, not hourly. Even happens in an acute care/hospital setting. I thought RD position is paid by hourly pay in a hospital, at lease from where I leave now. Is it some Arizona thing?

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. A HR question I really want to understand. ISRS HR quoted a podcast "The not so great resignation" saying 70% regret leaving and many want to go back to old employer. If this really the case the employee likely left due to higher pay at the new company. If they want to boomerang back they will likely come back at even a higher rate than they left the new company for. So getting double raise when they boomeranged. Isn't it unbeneficial, why not just give employee a 7% raise in the first place?
