Hello All, Office Sup. for a major hospital, w/ 15 years experience. I have lots of experience in every position in the office, especially in training. I recently applied for an EPIC trainer position within the company and according to Glassdoor the average pay is about 23k more than what I currently make. I’m afraid of getting a lowball offer since 1. they obviously know my current salary and 2. I’d be new at this particular role, although I meet qualifications. Any advice if that’s the case?

@ACD1, I thought I was being underpaid. But under six figs for an ACD is absurd. :(

Damn ACD 4 where do you work?
1 year/NYC/135
First year, NYC, 150k
Many years as a freelancer, 175, NYC. However when the layoffs came I was a target. I believe another ACD was making 165, and the people who are still there after 20 years are probably closer to 120
3rd year/NYC/F /140

2017 (working for 6 years which is what I think you meant), LA, M, 115
115 in LA has gotta be barely passable either Acd3. What percentage of that goes to rent/mortgage? 😟
@ACD2, yea I'm definitely being taken advantage of. My rent isn't too bad actually. But about 30% goes to student loans. 😥
@ACD3 I meant how long have you been ACD, not in the industry. Since ACDs seem to have the biggest range.
@ACD 3 - I think the fact that I started out from overseas with a talent visa might’ve had something to do with it too
