Living in my parents house, which NEEDS a makeover. What do you guys do to make your house look cozier? My parents house is tiny, low ceiling, and no seperate on between kitchen and the living room. It literally looks like a grandma house.

So I've been applying for jobs with various brands who are owned by the same parent company. They are all separate brands but owned by the same company. All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. My question is, can HR and recruiters from the different brands see all my open applications (including those with the other brands) or just the ones that concern the brand they work for?

Have opportunity to work in my firm’s London satellite office for about a year and a half, and then come back to NY headquarters. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired.
