After interviewing 4 rounds for senior data analyst role for the PnC insurance team. I was not sent an offer. the HR said that her budget is lower than my current CTC and I had already cleared my CTC expectations. I am doubting whether the HR was being fair to me and she could have given me an offer. Very disappointed. please set your expectations straight during the initial discussion itself

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

I had a trip planned to Dallas today to see family for Spring Break flying on AA via LaGuardia. Did not use mass transit to get to LaGuardia as the suspect is still missing.
