How to get release from project in lti?
Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

That's very strange behavior. First of all, it shows that you don't really have the job until you have a written offer in your hand and you accept it. Someone saying you have the job may not mean a thing. If they're not responding to multiple attempts to follow up I have to assume you're not getting the job. Probably best to be looking elsewhere and move on.
It takes all of a minute to send a quick message letting somebody know what’s going on. I make tasks for follow-ups like that. Even if the news is no news, I still try to let people know I didn’t forget about it.
I really do not understand this behavior either!! My team would never do this to someone, we pride ourselves on being effective communicators even throughout the interview process. But I've been hearing more and more stories like that, I guess because professionalism is just out the window?
Sounds like they don't respect your time as someone who went through a similar experience recently. Interviewed five times, homework, late to get back to me later in the process. All the signs were there - the token interview with the cofounder at the end being nothing more than a few simple logistics questions, "early stage" role where they don't know every single fact prior to posting, seemed that the VP of Sales had some ideas of his and some ideas of the founder that they implemented (he was canned around the time I got the news below), and a homework assignment that the interviewer wasn't satisfied with (I still got moved on up) 'saw but didn't read'.
Turned out the CEO smoked a fresh bowl of crack and decided to have a hiring fair in 3 weeks and hire remote or another area if things didn't work out. I was a backup all along.
If it's too good to be true, it is. When people say you're also vetting the company, this is what they mean and what I wish I did, instead I wasted half a workday of my time.
