Agency specific: it’s been awhile since I’ve been at an agency myself or worked with them (been in-house years now). In round 5 interviewing for new role in-house and they set me up with a person from their agency today (seems overkill and weird but also 5+ rounds of interviews for an IC role is bizarre to me too). Any ideas / advice going into this “interview”? I clearly really want this role to be working so hard for it. Want to make a good impression so I get the agencies approval 🙏🏻🤞🏻

My contract is about to end. Looking for new opportunities within the company and outside in big4. I am not sure why I don't get any calls. I keep on posting for long but no calls at all and auto email response for no selection! Anyone having the same problem? Is it very normal especially with big4s?
