I have 6+ years of experience in the Health & Welfare/Benefits Administration domain. My last fixed CTC was ₹6.5 LPA, and my employment ended on 27 May 2026. I have received an offer for a Delivery Analyst role at Alight with a 20% hike (₹7.8 LPA).

Given my experience and the current market, is this a fair offer?
