At McK
We already have 0.4 ASCs per assignment requiring them and, from my conversations, I expect a wave of resignations to start the new year.
The typical cadence pre-COVID was to fly in Monday morning (no one would call you on the plane), work all day (12-14 hours) through Thursday when you flew home in the evening (no contact on the plane) and then Friday was an easy day in a fun office with snacks.
Now it's just 14 hours every day with no flying, no going out to eat, no fun office and no snacks.
The training/mentoring virtually is not up to par making the work more difficult than it needs to be and people are burning out. I wouldn't be surprised if McK suffered revenue declines while demand rises due to an inability to staff engagements.

Our firm has been getting more than average resignations today and end of last week too. IT consulting for reference. I thought people would at least wait until bonuses were paid out.

Capgemini 1- It varies across groups. There are 140k employees worldwide and the experience depends on leadership and culture within the line of service.
Capgemini isn’t without its 💩 though. I hear it’s a terrible place for women and people of color.
