My early 2 companies are Product based and am bit confused which one to choose,
I heard Citi wlb will be hectic and so can I chose Altimetrik for good pay?Even I heard client FORD have good wlb and also full stack opportunity, am worried moving to service based company from product based history may impact my future search with product companies.
please advice on hike & js in alti for FORD?

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

Thoughts on dipping into the condo market? Was thinking of waiting till March but don't think prices will drop that drastically and will be ok long term...

Can someone tell me how is the variable payout at UST, how much percentage of variable does it generally payout?

If I Accepted the TCS offer and lateron got another offer them cam TCS matchback or give best offer on latest offer ?

Is it a red flag when a recruiter talks about unrealistic benefits like getting a chance to fly to another state just to visit the client HQ all expense-free? Or is it really a thing? Let me know if you have experience like this.
