Am I crazy? My boss just said there will be no more comp time. I should be fine with that bc it wasn’t like I was getting paid for time over 40 hours… but it’s stressing me out to try to get everything done in 40! How do you do it, those of you who do it? Or does my boss know it’s impossible to do what I must within 40 hours but that’s all she wants to see on my timesheet???

I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!

However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis.
