I am applying to Tuck and Darden. What are the chances of scoring an interview with a 321 GRE (V158, Q163)? I’m an African male and have worked in the big 4 as an auditor in both Nigeria and the UK. CGPA is 4.1 on a 5.0 scale and this is my 2nd attempt at the GRE, improved 8 points from my 1st attempt.

My salary is around 19 base pay and 25% variable on top of that.
1)Just wanted to know whether level 59 can go upto how much amount?

I am not sure what to do. My company just had another round of massive layoffs. So far my job was spared. I do got a job offer from a different company but the salary is way lower than what I have now (20,000$ less). Should I choose for financially stability but with a lower salary, or take the risk, keep the higher salary, but have a high chance to loose it as the company isn’t doing great.

I'm so frustrated with startups, established companies, CEOs, and Founders touting that they are looking for “diverse” CHROs. It's a lie! I'm tired and hurt when I go back and see who they hired. Ninety-nine percent of the time they never look like me.

I did not get any update of the TCS technical interview held on last week. It is the process? Should I need to follow up with recruiter? Can I trace it with EP number ?
