Not about Amazon but maybe someone has the answer I’m looking for :) At Meta if you interview for a contract role and get rejected does the 6 month cool off period still apply to you when apply to new jobs? Similarly, if you are employed by a staffing agency at Meta are you barred from interviewing for other roles there? Facebook (Meta)

It’s a job. My job is my livelihood, so you have to care
Bad how?
Bad like I will never be good at my job.
Fear of losing job.
Job = money
That’s the only reason I care. Job is everything
Outside of the job I’m confident and cool, and don’t care.

We all can improve, none of us are perfect. If your manager is providing that feedback in a constructive manner, take the feedback and begin weaving it into your daily work life. If you look at this as a negative you will start making mistakes and make matters worse.
I'm sorry to hear that your manager's method of communicating feedback to you is ineffective. Do you have a standing weekly 1:1 with your manager? If you do, perhaps proactively asking for feedback will make you less anxious. The disconnect could also be how the feedback is communicated, some people prefer face to face communication while others would like an email or Slack message - its ok to have comms preferances and let your manage know how you would prefer to receive information.
