Amex people thoughts on this offer, as I have recently(4 months back) joined a startup with Base(33) and CTC(35.5) but not enjoying the work here. Amex brand tag and culture is good.
Hence, considering the offer, does this offer look good or is there any scope of improvement? Amex American Express
It honestly seems to be good, there budget is usually higher for Manager position so you can try asking matching your base. Btw if you don’t mind how many switches have you done since graduation?

Try to atleast retain the current base with Amex if not more.
Can you tell me what is the yearly hike at Amex and what will be the hike from manager to senior manager at Amex?

It's a good offer for B35. I guess you would be joining CFR team. The bonus at Amex js generally more than 100% and it could be as high as 250%.
It's a great place to learn with extremely talented colleagues. Exit opportunities are really good.
They have higher range for manager position. Internally people with 3.5 years of experience would be getting what they have offered you.
But.. Amex try to bring parity and you would see slightly higher hikes in coming years.
