If the L2 is good, then his life is going to be short-lived. So many examples where leaders were pressurized and made to exit the system, and then no reasons were given for exits. If u will ask why that happened, the answer by P&C head is: unexplainable dynamics led to exit 😀

It was all lip service that townhall...got to know KPIs are being revised for h1...we are already in May, how do we expect folks to go back in time and work for a revised kpi. Why can't these silly leaders just accept their flaws and correct things going forward instead of doing this shit. Reasonably sure now that more attrition is coming up soon
