Bonjour à tous
I am about to receive an offer from ADP Hyd. I have 12+ YOE. What is the grade that will be best suited as per my exp? I'm in AWS, My current sal is , 23L base 13L JB 100 RSU (comprising 29L ) should I get 48L from ADP? I already have an offer of 32L fixed+10L variable + 6.4L JB from Accenture as L7 Mgr/Sol Arch. Among Accenture & ADP what would be better? (I personally feel as Accenture is purely a service based organisation, a higher salary would be a little risky, not sure thou) ADP Accenture

You’ll prob get more opportunities to actually own things at a small shop and therefore be noticed. At a larger agency, you may be just a cog in the system and treated as more of a resource rather than a person with talent. Totally depends on the place though.
Indie for sure unless you know you’ll be working for an incredible CD or great account at the larger shop. Who you work with and what you work on is ultimately the most important thing.
Really depends which shops we’re talking. Without knowing my gut would say smaller shop because you’re likelier to get more hands on experience. But a bigger agency with a better rep and cooler work might be better set up to teach you more than a smaller shop that’s a dumpster fire.
I went from interning and getting full time at a top agency to an indie shop. The top agency on your resume will get you more recruiters right out of the gate but for building a stronger book to actually make it to the end, indie is the way to go. Way more opportunities. But also larger agencies builds character and the boring skills you’d need to excel at an indie. (I’m talking Toronto experience)
If you want to learn at an accelerated rate and enjoy more autonomy, smaller indie shop might be a better choice - especially in the beginning of the career. Usually at smaller indie shop with flat org structure you get to wear more hats, get exposure to different parts of the business, more flexibility, and more autonomy.
Larger agencies are often more siloed and have a tall org structure, making it harder to fully understand the ecosystem and the business. But might better perks for folks with 3+ years of experience.
if you working as big companies just need to do part of project . while small companies have more opportunities to complete projects independently
Indie shop could be a better gig - or they could have no idea what to do with an intern. Investigate which has an actual structure to their program so even if your individual assignment/team isn't great, there are other opportunities to learn and do.
