Any advice for standing out in applications or for seeking a new job while fully employed? Early career

Hi I have 5+ yrs of bedside clinical research nurse experience and have been trying to pivot to the CRO world. I have applied to over 40+ positions and keep getting rejected. I have reformatted my resume to ATS but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Why is it so hard to get into the CRO industry and why is my hospital experience not translating? Thanks

Had to travel this weekend. A few observations. the plane was least the nerve wracking part of the entire experience. Everyone wearing masks. Middle seats open [SWA]. Plane was spotless.

Airports were empty. Most people wearing masks.
Long lines for food in the airports. Generally social distancing in lines.

Ubers have been stressful, but otherwise ok.I’m going to go wash my hands again.

Anyone in the hospitals seeing the increase in monkey pox? How are y’all doing? You are not alone.

Are there any affordable studios in Seaport (~$3000)? I don’t need amenities or anything. I just want to be within a mile of my office (near Shake Shack).
