1. Pray about the situation.
2. Pray for your supervisor, especially when he is pain in the ass.
3. Do your best work and make your ocd boss look like a hero
I used to have a supervisor who would micromanage my coworker and I like crazy! I then started being proactive and I would over share information with him. I would walk him through my thought process and explain how I arrived to my decision. It took 2 months and then he stopped micromanaging me and only micromanaged my coworker. All this helped me understand not to take things personally, as they are trying to do their job well, just like you are.
Yes, pray for your supervisor but also pray that God gives you the patience and understanding to work with someone with that personality.
Form a bond with that supervisor and show him that you are a team player.
How long has this been happening? If you've been there long enough and built a solid relationship with the supervisor, then pray, broach the subject privately, and share your situation tenderly, asking how you two can find some solutions. If God knows you, He will do the rest.
Whether or not you have the conversation, remember Joseph in Egypt. Honor authority. Be faithful. Do your best work.
