I have cleared three round of interviews in VMware for a business analyst position. One primary screening and two technical rounds. One more round is scheduled for further discussion. So is it a technical round or not. Also how many rounds are there going to happen.

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Tried researching this for hours but only found info on applying to other agencies.

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Does anyone have advice about interviewing somewhere with bad Yelp/google reviews? Is it OK to ask about it in an interview? Does any law office, for the most part, have “good” reviews, especially family law? I have been using this emoji 🙏 and saying to so many colleagues and clients “I’ll pray for you” with such warm and genuine receipt that I think sometimes God uses hopelessness to open people’s hearts to Him. I’ve spoken about my faith to work people more than I ever have in my 20 year career. In such a dark time, what a light prayer can be for our coworkers and clients.

I’m a first generation professional and have been in this industry for only a few years. Anyone have an suggestions for dealing with discouragement and burnout? It’s been challenging trying to maintain career optimism and figure out my career with little guidance while also trying to be an encouragement to burnt out colleagues when I’m already feeling weary.
