The company I am working for wasn’t what I saw when I started. I made a mistake being a manager. I feel run down and will late in the night making sure things are in order just to be told all the things I’m doing wrong. The location I work for in this company has had managers that had nervous breakdowns and I’m afraid I’m heading that direction.

I know this isn’t a marriage therapy bowl, but my husband has a really terrible tendency of saying things like “you’re being really mean” and completely shutting down during a disagreement when i objectively am not being mean, just truthful or vocal about how i feel about something. Almost midnight here and I'm cleaning my medicine cabinet so I can reboot having a regular skin-care routine.
