INTELLECT DESIGN ARENA - 8 LPA
EMPOWER RETIREMENT- 10 LPA
FUJITSU- 11.5 LPA
TEKIZMA - 7 LPA

CTC is not a matter. I need good learning, WLB and good culture.

I got an opportunity at IBM ISDL as application developer. How is the work culture, learning opportunities and annual hikes?

Curious to know what other firm's bonus structures are, particularly those with billable requirements of 1900 and below. Trying to understand what the norm is and figure out if associates at my firm are getting screwed. thanks
